Mixtures need to have Safety Data Sheets authored according to CLP/GHS and REACH regulations taking into account the local legislations and the official languages of the EU countries the mixture is produced, distributed and sold. SDS’s also need to be regularly updated to comply with the changing regulations.
According to the CLP Regulation importers and downstream users in the EU must provide poison centres with information on mixtures classified as hazardous on the basis of their health and physical effects in every country in which they are placed in the market.
