Trust, promise, and communication

On July 3rd, 2025, the Chementors team gathered in Turku for this year’s Team Day, a full-day workshop built around the themes of trust, promise, and communication.

The day was both reflective and practical. Together, we explored what trust means in our work, how promises create value for both colleagues and clients, and how communication can strengthen efficiency and relationships. Through concrete exercises, we practiced tools and approaches that will help us keep our word, respect each other’s perspectives, and avoid misunderstandings.

Togetherness brings growth

But the team day wasn’t just about processes, it was also about people. We played team-building games, shared good meals, explored the historic Kakola area, and cruised the Aura River to Naantali. These moments reminded us of the value of simply being together, reconnecting as a mostly remote-working team, and having fun.
The day ended with reflections that tied everything together: listen more than you speak, work smart, use our frameworks, and always nurture trust. With these shared commitments, Chementors continues to grow stronger as a team to serve our clients even better.
