Jani Määttä

I hold an MSc in Industrial Economics and Environmental Engineering, combining a strong technical foundation with business and strategic insight. My studies covered chemistry, safety engineering, business strategy, and industrial B2B marketing.

Before joining Chementors, I owned and managed a chemical factory in Finland for 12 years, gaining extensive hands-on experience in production management, regulatory compliance, and sustainable operations. This background gives me a valuable advantage — I genuinely understand our clients’ perspectives and the practical challenges they face in meeting demanding regulatory requirements.

At Chementors, I am responsible for our operations and expert team, ensuring that we execute our vision with excellence and integrity. I am passionate about continuous improvement, effective leadership, and creating an environment where people, business, and our clients can grow together.

Outside of work, I stay active through gym training and walking, which help me maintain balance, energy, and focus.
